With a background in communication studies and an esthetics license, Crystal blends heartfelt care with thoughtful vision to create a soothing, welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Her focus is on building something truly unique and valuable for the Missoula community—a place where people can experience genuine wellness, recovery, and relaxation. Known for her attentive and kind approach, Crystal is passionate about ensuring every guest feels valued, appreciated, and cared for exactly as they are.

Drawn to wellness by her empathetic nature and love of helping others, Crystal finds deep fulfillment in providing genuine care that supports both heart and health. She especially loves talking with guests about facials and massage, believing there is nothing more healing than human touch. Outside of the spa, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors camping, rafting, hiking, and skiing with her husband and their dog, Maggie, as well as traveling and connecting with friends and family. Guests can expect to be welcomed with a friendly smile and attentive care, leaving their interaction with Crystal feeling truly cared for and excited to return.

Kyah Piva

Assistant Director

Kyah Piva is the Assistant Spa Director at Peak Wellness Spa, bringing over five years of experience in guest services and customer-facing roles to her work. She offers support across a wide range of spa functions, including staff support, client care, sales, and networking, helping ensure both guests and team members feel supported and empowered. Known for her warm smile and positive attitude, Kyah loves guiding clients toward the healing therapies that best serve their needs. She is especially passionate about helping guests experience the benefits of services like Red Light Therapy and PEMF, which she truly believes in as powerful tools for overall wellness.

Drawn to the spa world by her love of connection and her commitment to creating a positive, healing space, Kyah values fostering an environment where both clients and staff can thrive. Her passion for a healthy lifestyle aligns naturally with the spa’s holistic mission, and she enjoys inspiring guests to treat themselves with restorative therapies and embrace wellness as a way of life. Outside of the spa, Kyah loves spending time with her three boys, painting, and going on adventures together. Lacey Savage

Lead Client Specialist

Lacey Savage is the Lead Spa Coordinator at Peak Wellness Spa, bringing over 24 years of experience in guest services and hospitality to every interaction. As the first point of connection for many guests, Lacey plays a key role in creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. She assists with scheduling appointments, memberships, retail, and foundational recovery therapies, while also supporting the spa’s providers to ensure each guest experience runs smoothly. Known for her warm, attentive, and uplifting approach, Lacey is passionate about guiding guests toward services that help them relax, reset, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Lacey’s journey in wellness began as a massage therapist in 2006, and she later earned her esthetician license in 2022. She is currently studying to become a Reiki Master and breathwork facilitator, deepening her commitment to holistic care and mind-body balance. Outside of the spa, Lacey loves spending time outdoors—especially fishing, golfing, camping, and traveling the world in search of new waters—as well as attending concerts and soaking up fresh air. Guests can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported when working with Lacey, leaving their interaction confident in their recovery and wellness choices.

Mim Patch

Client Specialist

Mim Patch is a valued member of the Front Desk and Guest Services team at Peak Wellness Spa, bringing over 50 years of experience in customer-facing and hospitality roles. She is passionate about helping guests feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the moment they arrive. Mim is especially dedicated to listening carefully to each guest’s needs and working together with them to help them find relief from pain and discomfort. With a calm, compassionate, and solution-oriented approach, she strives to provide thoughtful, attentive service that helps guests feel confident in their wellness choices and eager to return.

Mim was drawn to the spa world through an opportunity to help schedule the massage team and quickly discovered how meaningful it was to support people in finding relief through wellness services. She especially loves talking with guests about PEMF therapy, a modality that has personally helped her and that she has seen benefit many others as well. Outside of the spa, Mim enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog, Zip, as well as baking and sewing. Guests can expect to feel genuinely cared for and supported after interacting with Mim, leaving with a sense of comfort, connection, and hope for their continued wellness journey.

Katya Potkonjak

Client Specialist

Katya brings over five years of guest services experience to Peak Wellness Spa and is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive. She loves creating a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited about their experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Known for her organized, attentive, and guest-first approach, Katya enjoys helping guests find the therapies and services that best fit their needs. She especially loves giving first-time guests a tour of the spa and sharing details about the wide range of wellness modalities available, so everyone feels informed and comfortable before their visit.

Katya hopes every guest leaves their interaction with her feeling a personal connection and eager to return. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, assisting with memberships, or supporting providers behind the scenes, her goal is always to make each guest feel truly cared for.

Mazey Kasberg

Client Specialist

Mazey Kasberg is a friendly and upbeat member of the Front Desk and Guest Services team at Peak Wellness Spa, bringing six years of experience in customer-facing roles to every interaction. She plays an essential role in welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, assisting with memberships and retail, and supporting providers to ensure each visit runs smoothly. Known for her warm smile and solution-oriented approach, Mazey loves helping guests feel comfortable, supported, and excited about their wellness journey. She especially enjoys watching how the spa’s services—from foundational recovery therapies to skincare, massage, and nail services—positively impact guests’ health and confidence.

In addition to her work at the spa, Mazey is also a University of Montana student and a personal trainer at Orangetheory Fitness, which deepens her passion for overall health and recovery. She was drawn to Peak Wellness Spa because of its foundational therapies and holistic approach to wellness, and she loves educating guests on how beneficial these services can be for their bodies and training goals. Outside of work, Mazey enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and being with her family—especially her two younger siblings. Guests can expect to feel welcomed, encouraged, and good about themselves after interacting with Mazey, whether she’s guiding them toward the perfect recovery therapy or simply brightening their day with her positive energy.

Rachel Higgins

Client Specialist

Rachel has been part of Peak Wellness Spa since its opening and brings a deep passion for health, wellness, fitness, and recovery to her role as a Client Specialist. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Montana and has over 18 years of experience in management and leadership within the medical insurance industry. With her strong background in operations and people-centered service, Rachel is dedicated to helping guests feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their wellness journey.

Outside of the spa, Rachel enjoys baking and hiking, and she has proudly volunteered with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for over a decade. Known for her warm presence and thoughtful guidance, Rachel strives to create meaningful connections with every guest and ensure each visit feels seamless, welcoming, and personalized.
