Kinder Boyd is a highly experienced esthetician with 17 years in the skincare industry and a passion for helping guests feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. She holds certifications in microneedling, Hydrafacial, and microdermabrasion, and is trained in multiple professional skincare lines. While Kinder enjoys the variety of all the services she offers, facials are her favorite—allowing her to blend relaxation with visible, results-driven skincare. Known for her warm, nurturing style, she strives to make every service fun, relaxing, and educational, whether she’s guiding a guest through their first Brazilian wax or helping someone manage challenging skin concerns.
Inspired by her first facial experience at a resort in her 20s, Kinder knew right away that esthetics was the career for her. She loves teaching guests about their skin and empowering them with the knowledge and products they need for healthy, glowing results. Outside of the spa, Kinder enjoys gardening, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, and riding RZRs with her husband and their dog, Finley—and she once went skydiving to overcome her fear of flying. Guests can expect a confident, comfortable, and deeply relaxing experience with Kinder, leaving their appointment feeling pampered, educated, and supported in their skincare journey.

Crystal Glueckert is the Spa Director at Peak Wellness Spa, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer support and more than 12 years in the spa industry to her leadership role. With a background in communication studies and an esthetics license, Crystal blends heartfelt care with thoughtful vision to create a soothing, welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Her focus is on building something truly unique and valuable for the Missoula community—a place where people can experience genuine wellness, recovery, and relaxation. Known for her attentive and kind approach, Crystal is passionate about ensuring every guest feels valued, appreciated, and cared for exactly as they are.
Drawn to wellness by her empathetic nature and love of helping others, Crystal finds deep fulfillment in providing genuine care that supports both heart and health. She especially loves talking with guests about facials and massage, believing there is nothing more healing than human touch. Outside of the spa, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors camping, rafting, hiking, and skiing with her husband and their dog, Maggie, as well as traveling and connecting with friends and family.
